Again, I'll fully disclose once we've signed the contract, but he's (relatively) cheap and will give us all the images on CD/DVD for our own printing.

I am so psychotic about the photographer. What made you go with this guy?
we found this guy through the indiebride forums. we're actually not that picky, we just want a small percentage of posed shots and then the rest candid. this guy was well below the budget we'd planned out and when we met him we liked that he just gave us all the high resolution images and we could do with them whatever we wanted, and the samples he gave us were great. with this price, though, i figured i could find one of my friends who would be an amateur photographer and pay that person a little bit of money to be a second photographer so he could build his wedding portfolio.
