Defeated.

Despite my original desires, I decided to give in and not wear the red Converse shoes under the gown.

So I bought these:

I may still wear the sneakers at the reception.

@crazi - there was so much dancing at your wedding, comfort really was the key. that's why i'm refusing to go above a one inch heel.
